Tina Miller, PHR, Director, HR and Wellness Services Tina is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has several years of professional human resources experience. Her knowledge and experience come mostly from the manufacturing and healthcare industries, providing a solid background in the human resources field. She is also a member of the National and Cedar Valley chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management. Tina provides unique services to our clients and enjoys creating tools and programs that fit their needs.
